Hooked!
I was hooked to a new hobby and now I am so hooked to You Tube! Been watching Gol & Gincu of late. I know that series was so long ago but I just started watching it and I am so hooked! Trying to get the movie online but to no avail! Hmmmph!
On a different note altogether, it's gonna be fasting month real soon! I'm beginning to freak out already for still being jobless that is. Thanks to Aid for nagging reminding me that I need a job cause Hari Raya is coming and therefore I would be expected to give Zakat and to do that I need $$$. Oh! Oh! I'm in trouble!!!!!
Speaking of Hari Raya, I managed to clear some stuffs out of my room. Having said that, I still have a bag full of items which I can't/don't wear/use anymore even after giving away a bag of clothes to my aunt's maid.
Also, I still have a bag overflowing with new apparels and a few pairs of shoes which have not been worn out of the house yet! Due to the lack of space, I've promised myself not to shop but how do I stop buying shoes when of late, they (the shoes) decide to break on me?
The sandals I bought in Bangkok decided to break on me after barely a month and before that another one snapped. The most recent one was last Wednesday. Thank GOD the pair of heels decided to snap when I was already at my block and not in Powerhouse. If that happens, I don't know what I would have done. Wait, that happened when I was in Movida when I was welcoming 2008 and I simply made it a 'Mentos moment'.
Hokay! I am digressing too much already. I shall go back to my You Tube or keep on wondering if the shoe 'mishaps' were due to my weight perhaps? Can that be even when I'm no longer Miss Sixty?! Hmmm....

Two Down, One Left
So I was at the wedding on both occasions - the solemnisation and the reception. Despite the slight delay of the Kadi's arrival, everything went well.
Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to take picture with the bride and groom cause it was either Aid or I went missing and when we both were at the dais, we couldn't take due to some 'pantang larang' *roll eyes*!

It's Not Easy
It's hard to keep on trying when it keeps on failing,

Eighth Day Of The Eighth Month Of The Eighth Year
Phew! I almost dropped the laptop! It was on my bed and I accidentally kicked it to the edge of the bed.
Anyway, are we really in the eighth year of the millennium? Is year 2000 considered the first year or is it 2001? Confusions!
Whatever it is, today's date apparently will be significant to many - 080808.
I've got weddings to attend over the weekend. In fact I have 3 solemnisation which I would love to attend tonight but of course priority is given to the future-brother-in-law (FBIL) and thank GOD Jaja's ceremony is tomorrow and not on Sunday. Having said that, I still have to figure out how to be at FBIL's ceremony and not miss anything and to be at Reservoir (for another ceremony) at the same time! Mum suggested I go to the one in Reservoir before noon - that would be so 'makcik-makcik' isn't it? Heh!
Oh! I have a problem! Aid's mum wants me to be there early to 'tolong-tolong' (Shucks! My heart is beating fast after typing that sentence!). I'm expecting her to ask me to cut stuffs. Oh! Oh! I'll be in big trouble if that's the case! What if she asks me to cut a particular vegetable and I take another one thinking that was the one she's referring to?! To me, anything that is leafy and green is vegetable. I cannot differentiate Kailan with any other vegetables cos they all look the same to me! I'm so gonna be in trouble and already in a panic fit just by thinking about this scenario - me chopping stuffs and his relatives' watching me! When I'm panicking, I'm clumsy too!
How?! How?! How?! I feel like poo-ing already!

Sticky Chewy Weekend
I was 'helping a friend' from Friday till Sunday. Humid weather and surrounded by many food stalls.
I was feeling really sticky and just could not resist myself from chewing those nice smelling food.
It was a different kind of weekend - made friends and hopefully everything will pay off soon.
