NervousI went for an interview on Monday and on the way there, I was trying to memorise what Mas had told me! Hahaha!
Trying to memorise something when you're nervous can't work at all! I tried distracting myself by doing the word puzzles and was nervous again when I was at Raffles Place Station. One more stop and it'd be my interview venue and the last time I had an interview was 4 years ago and the fact that I was going for a totally different position does not make it any better.
I hate feeling nervous cause when I'm nervous, I feel like poo-ing so I tried to calm myself down in my own ways.
There I was on level 12, trying to locate the recruitment agency. Found a door with the company's name and thought that was it so I went to knock it before reaching the knob just to find out that, that's the backdoor! Muahahahaha!
Few steps up and there was the main entrance and to be honest, I've never been to a recruitment agency as 'formal' as that. I was greeted by the receptionist and brought to a meeting room. I started feeling nervous again cause I started to imagine the interview to be a 'stressful' one. Filled in the application form and speaking of the form, one question on it was 'What is your objective of the organisation you work with?' What the hell! It's not even my organisation why the hell should I have any goals towards that! I really had no idea what to write there. Thanks to technology, I sms-ed Mas, Radia and Nani. A friend in need is a friend indeed right? I had all 3 replied immediately! Hah!
Anyways, the interview lasted more than an hour and everything seemed positive. Got another call from the consultant and she had arranged another interview for me tomorrow. I've been nervous since her call at 4pm just now. How can I not be cause apparently I'll be interviewed by a group of people.
Wish me luck people and I will try to poo as much as I can before the interview tomorrow!
